Task 2: you need to be able to describe psychological research. You can be asked to outline research on attachment and you need to be able to use research to evaluate explanations, models and theories. Use your textbook to write a short answer to the following question:
'Outline two research studies on attachment' (6 marks)
Task 3: The exam board states that there will be at least one extended writing question on the unit 1 exam paper. This is an essay and can be worth up to 12 marks: 6 Ao1 marks and 6 Ao2 marks. Below is an example:
'Outline and evaluate one explanation of attachment'. (12 marks)
There are many different ways to structure an essay. One simple and effective way is to write one detailed paragraph that describes the explanation and two paragraphs that evaluate it.
Use your textbook, notes, and handouts to write at least a page and half that answers the above question.
